"Greg has worked with River & Trail
Outfitters for many years in the capacity of
trip leader and trainer for our river tours, as
well as in consulting with us on a variety of
issues including staff training and management.
As a trip leader, Greg has excellent people
skills. Our customers love him! He is
capable of naturally acquiring the trust and
cooperation of others through his skills and
abilities as a river guide, as well as his
talent of effectively
communicating information.
He is a born leader who makes any trip fun for
all, while maintaining high
standards for safety and quality. As a
consultant, Greg is a veritable fountain of
wisdom, knowledge, and ideas. Perhaps even more
valuable is his ability to communicate these
ideas along with practical suggestions to bring
them to fruition.
I would recommend Greg in the capacity of guide,
trainer, and consultant for any organization
looking to improve their staffing and operations
or who need help in defining their
particular culture or business environment.
He gives 100% to everything he does, and does it with integrity and
heart."

Seeing
the need for quality staff training in his own day camp program,
Greg quickly developed a passion for quality teamwork
and began to implement creative teaching techniques for
both staff and supervisors. For more than twenty-five
years he expanded on new training concepts and
continues to teach quality staff development through
proven management techniques, specific skills, and group
dynamics.
Teambuilding is a extensive part of Greg’s staff and
corporate training. Using portable initiatives, he
promotes experiential learning through carefully
designed interactive play. With over 25 years
experience on high and low ropes courses, he can also
lead programs which challenge every level of dynamic
learning.

different industries and has extensive experience in
working with corporations, schools, for-profit and

agencies, and associations. His innovative workshops
have been categorized as informative, fun, interactive,
