.....And this is what really amazed me. I didn't know learning about management styles could actually be fun. From the moment I sat down, it was clear my perception of staff training was about to be enlightened. I wasn't expecting a funny story to be our first greeting, but it got us to thinking our topic.

Greg was able to take a difficult subject and break it down so the complex issues were easier for me to manage. He then put us through some excersises to help us practice what we had learned. In the end, Greg led us through a self evaluation process so we would be able to teach others how to do it in the future.

Along the way, we learned some valuable lessons by doing some amazing teambuilding. Even when it seemed like we were just playing, Greg was able to relate what we were doing to our main purpose. It was a great day and I hope we can do it again next year.
